Summary:
I was commissioned to design a logo, website, and swag for a local handyman business, where I took a personalized approach to capture the owner's personality and unique style. I created a character-based logo that closely resembled the owner, giving the brand a relatable and memorable identity. To enhance the branding, I developed a variety of character poses that could be used across different materials, providing versatility for marketing and promotional efforts. The overall design reflected his fun and approachable nature, ensuring a cohesive and dynamic brand that stood out in the competitive local market.
The Problem:
The handyman startup faced the challenge of launching a business with no established brand identity or marketing assets to attract and retain clients. Without a logo, website, or promotional materials, the business lacked a professional image and the tools necessary to communicate its services effectively. This made it difficult to stand out in a crowded market or gain the trust of potential customers who value reliability and expertise.
