UI Design
Summary:

My work included the homepage and inner pages for the parts catalog and model-number part finder, balancing customer needs with brand goals to keep navigation fast and simple.
The Problem:
When I joined, Laundry Owners Warehouse's brand and digital presence had become outdated. Despite a large inventory of genuine and aftermarket parts, the site didn't match modern expectations, creating a gap between what the company offered and how it was perceived.

The Solution:
I audited the existing site, then modernized the design with a clean, commercial-grade aesthetic that conveyed reliability and professionalism. The result was sleek, intuitive pages that communicate the catalog's value and help users find the right part fast.

Ad Design
Summary:
I created digital ads for Laundry Owners Warehouse designed to put the right parts in front of the right buyers. My work included ad creative and copy built around the brand's core strengths: genuine and aftermarket parts, fast shipping, and a large inventory. I kept messaging short and punchy so each ad communicated value at a glance.
The Problem:
Laundry Owners Warehouse had a strong catalog but limited visibility with the repair techs and laundry owners searching for parts. Existing ads weren't standing out, and the brand's speed and selection weren't coming through in the places buyers were looking.
The Solution:
I developed ad creative with clear, benefit-led messaging and a consistent look that matched the refreshed brand. Each ad highlighted one key advantage, like finding the right part fast or minimizing downtime, and drove users straight to the relevant catalog or part-finder pages.
