Summary:
I contributed extensively to the UI design for Q Link Wireless, focusing on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhanced the overall user experience. My work included designing the homepage and inner pages for key programs such as the Multiline Plans and Refer-a-Friend initiatives. These projects required a deep understanding of user needs and brand alignment, ensuring that the designs not only captured the company’s goals but also facilitated seamless navigation and engagement for users. 
By delivering thoughtful and user-centric designs, I helped strengthen Q Link Wireless’s digital presence and customer interaction.

The Problem:
Q Link Wireless faced was that its brand and digital presence had become somewhat outdated by the time I joined the team. While the company had a strong foundation, its existing user interfaces and design elements were not keeping pace with the modern, sleek expectations of today’s digital audience. This created a disconnect between their innovative offerings and how they were perceived by users.

The Solution:
The solution to addressing Q Link Wireless’s outdated brand and ensuring the success of the new Multiline and Refer-a-Friend programs required a comprehensive approach to UI design. I began by analyzing the existing website and identifying areas where the design and user experience could be modernized and improved. To align with the project’s objectives, I implemented a government-style aesthetic, ensuring the design conveyed trustworthiness and professionalism. My goal was to create sleek, intuitive pages that communicated the value of these programs clearly and effectively to users.

UX Design
Summary:
I was tasked with crafting user-centered designs for complex workflows, including troubleshooting flows, Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP) flows, and household worksheet flows. My approach involves analyzing user behavior, gathering feedback, and leveraging data-driven insights to create intuitive and efficient interfaces. I excel at simplifying intricate processes, ensuring users can complete tasks with ease and confidence. By employing best practices in UX design and collaborating with cross-functional teams, I have delivered seamless experiences that improve usability, enhance user satisfaction, and align with organizational objectives.

The Problem:
The existing systems were either too linear or lacked the adaptability to address diverse customer issues, often leaving users without clear resolutions or looping them back to the beginning of the process. This presented a significant challenge, as any inefficiencies in the troubleshooting flow directly impacted customer satisfaction and support team workload.

The Solution:
To address this, I designed a dynamic troubleshooting flow and BYOP flow that prioritized clarity, usability, and efficiency. The first step was to deeply understand the range of issues customers typically encountered, as well as the pain points in the existing process. Armed with this insight, I mapped out a customer journey that anticipated potential obstacles and provided logical branching paths based on user input.
Careful attention was given to ensure customers didn’t find themselves stuck or without a clear next step. I implemented features such as contextual guidance, helpful tooltips, and fail-safe options like "Restart Process" or "Contact Support." Additionally, the flow was designed with responsive feedback mechanisms to confirm user actions and reassure them that they were on the right track.

Email Marketing Design
Developed and implemented comprehensive email marketing strategies designed to captivate audiences and drive engagement. This included creating visually compelling static and animated email headers that aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
Each header was thoughtfully designed to grab attention, enhance message delivery, and guide recipients toward desired actions, whether it was clicking a link, exploring a product, or completing a purchase. By leveraging a mix of animation and static visuals, I ensured a dynamic and versatile approach tailored to various audience segments and campaign objectives.
These efforts contributed to increased open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign success, demonstrating the power of creative, strategic email design in fostering customer connection and driving results.
